📘 About
Buying or checking land in Bangladesh usually starts with the Mouza map: the survey sheet that shows every plot (দাগ) in a mouza. Finding the right sheet, and then working out a plot's size from it, has meant a visit to an office, a surveyor, or a computer with CAD software.
Mouza Plot & Land Measure BD puts both steps on your phone. Browse the scanned Mouza maps by division, district and upazila, preview a sheet before downloading it, and measure any plot on it: the area in decimal (শতক), katha, bigha and acre, each side's length, and the perimeter.
The app works in English and Bengali, needs no account, shows no ads and keeps your plots on your phone.
Not a government app. Mouza Plot & Land Measure BD is independent. It does not represent, and is not made by or connected with, the Government of Bangladesh, the Ministry of Land, the Directorate of Land Records and Surveys (DLRS) or any land office.
Official sources. Mouza maps are prepared and published by the DLRS: dlrs.gov.bd. Official Mouza maps and khatian can be searched and ordered at dlrms.land.gov.bd. Official land information and services (Ministry of Land): land.gov.bd. For certified maps and records, always use these sources or your land office.
🧭 User Guide
The app has four tabs at the bottom: My maps, where you measure, Download, where you find maps, Google map, for measuring on satellite images, and Tools, for land calculators and khatian search. The gear at the top right of My maps opens Settings (language, version and this privacy policy).
1. Get a map
- Open the Download tab. Under Map source, Source 1 is the default; both sources have the same maps and save to the same folders, so if one is slow or says it is unavailable, choose the other.
- Pick a division, then the district, upazila and survey (CS, SA, RS, BS…). The path you have taken is shown at the top; tap any part of it to go back.
- Type in the Filter box to find a mouza or map quickly. Numbers work in English or Bengali digits (১০ finds 10).
- Tap a map to preview it. The whole map is fetched to show it, with a progress line such as "Loading preview… 3.2 / 7.5 MiB". Tap the picture to see it full screen and zoom in; use ‹ and › to step through the maps in the folder.
- Tap Download file to save it. A map you have previewed is copied, not fetched a second time.
- To save a whole folder, tap Download folder… (or long-press a folder). The app first counts the files and their size and asks before downloading. Downloads continue in the background with a progress notification you can cancel from. Maps you already have are skipped, so running it again finishes an interrupted download.
- Maps are saved in your phone's Downloads / Mouza Plot folder, arranged by division, district and upazila. The clock icon at the top right lists the maps you have downloaded; tap Measure on any of them to open it for measuring.
2. Open your own map
- On My maps, tap Open map image and choose a scanned map: PDF, JPG or PNG. You can also open a map from WhatsApp, e-mail or a file manager with Open with or Share and choose Mouza Plot.
- For a PDF, page 1 is prepared at the scan's full resolution, which takes a moment for a large sheet.
- Rename or delete a map from the list with the pencil and bin icons.
3. Set the scale (calibration)
Areas are only as good as the scale. The first time you open a map, the app asks "What scale is this map?": pick the scale printed on the map, usually near its title. Mouza maps use one of four: 16, 32, 64 or 80 inches = 1 mile (1:3,960, 1:1,980, 1:990 or 1:792). Most are 16″; choosing the wrong one makes areas 4 times too large or small, or more. To change it later, tap the ruler icon at the top of the map.
- A. Printed scale + scan DPI. Tap the map's scale (16″, 32″, 64″, 80″ or Custom). The scan resolution is read from the file; if the file doesn't say, the app assumes 400 DPI, the resolution of the government scans, and tells you so.
- B. Two points, known distance. Better when the scan may have been resized or the paper has shrunk. Choose Mark two points, put the crosshair on each end of the printed chain scale bar (or any distance you know) and add a point at each end, then enter the real distance.
- Check it with the Distance tool: measure the scale bar and compare. After a two-point calibration the app also compares it with the printed scale: it tells you if the image looks resized (for example "about 80% of the original scan, 320 DPI") or if your points match a different scale, such as 32″ instead of 16″.
- Bigha and kani sizes differ from area to area. Set the ones used where your land is in Settings › Bigha–katha (default 1 bigha = 33.06 decimal = 20 katha) and Kani–gonda (default 1 kani = 40 decimal). Every map and the Google map use them.
4. Measure a plot
- Choose the Plot tool and zoom in on the plot (pinch, or double-tap).
- Move the map so the red crosshair sits exactly on a corner, then tap Add point. Your finger never covers the line you are tracing.
- Go round the plot corner by corner. The dark-blue outline, each side's length and the area update as you go. With Snap on, a corner close to one of another plot jumps to it exactly, so neighbouring plots share their boundary.
- Tap Finish. The plot's area appears in decimal, square feet, square metres, acre, katha and bigha, with the perimeter in feet, metres and chains, and every side's length.
5. Name and edit plots
- Tap inside a plot to select it, then Rename to give it its dag number or a name.
- To move a corner, tap its white dot, move the map until the crosshair is where the corner belongs, and tap Place here. While you move it, the app shows what the area would become. Add after inserts a new corner after the selected one.
- Delete plot removes it (Undo brings it back).
6. Reports and export
- PDF report: select a plot and tap Share PDF to send it by WhatsApp, e-mail or Drive, or use the ⋮ menu › Export PDF report… to save one. It lists each plot's area, sides and perimeter, and the calibration used.
- Backup: Settings › Back up maps and plots saves one file with every map, plot and Google map outline. On a new phone, Restore from a backup adds them back; nothing already on the phone is deleted.
- DXF: ⋮ menu › Export DXF… saves the plots for AutoCAD and other CAD software (units: ground inches, the same as the official Mouza DWG drawings).
- Validation: ⋮ menu › Validation compares your plots with areas you already know, for example from a deed or from AutoCAD, and shows the difference.
7. Accuracy tips
- Calibrate with the chain scale bar on the sheet, not only the printed scale: old paper shrinks and scans get resized.
- Zoom in until a printed line is several pixels thick and place each corner on the middle of the line.
- A scanned map is a copy of a hand-drawn sheet. Expect small differences from the recorded area, and use the app for checking and planning, not as a legal survey.
8. Measure on the Google map
- Open the Google map tab. The first time, the app asks for your location (optional): allow it to open the map where you are. Search a place by name, or type coordinates such as 23.81, 90.41.
- Choose Area for a plot or Distance for a line. The layers button switches between Satellite, Map and Terrain.
- Mark each corner: put the red crosshair on it and tap Add point, or simply tap the map. Standing on a corner? Tap GPS point to use your phone's position, and walk the boundary corner by corner. Long-press a corner dot to drag it.
- The area shows in decimal, square feet, square metres, acre, katha and bigha, with each side's length on the map. Tap Finish to save it. Tap a saved outline later to rename, edit, share or delete it.
9. Show a Mouza map on the satellite map
Open a calibrated map, tap ⋮ › Show on satellite map (Pro · free during launch). The Mouza map and the satellite map are shown together.
- Mark landmarks on the Mouza map, at home if you like: put the Mouza crosshair on a road junction, bridge, culvert, canal crossing or mouza boundary corner and tap Mark. Mark three or four close around your plot (about 100 to 300 m away), on different sides. Avoid riverbanks and pond edges: they move.
- Match each landmark: tap its number, then find it on the satellite map and tap Set here, or stand at it and tap GPS. Two matched landmarks place the map; more give a check, and the app shows how many metres each one is off.
- Your plots appear in yellow on the satellite map. Tap one to compare its area on the Mouza map with its area as placed, or Copy to Google map to fine-tune its corners on the Google map tab.
- Plots far from the landmarks drift. Use Adjust the placed plots to shift them (0.5 m steps) or turn them (0.1° / 0.25°) until they sit on the fences you see. Reset undoes it.
- Google Earth export (KMZ with the map image, or KML outlines only) needs every matched landmark taken by GPS, standing at the place, and no hand adjustment. Landmarks set on the satellite map are for viewing in the app only: the Google Maps terms do not allow carrying positions taken from its imagery out of the app.
10. Tools: calculators and khatian search
- Open the Tools tab (টুলস). Unit converter shows a value in every area or length unit at once, including kani–gonda, chotak, hat, link and chain. Katha, bigha and kani use the sizes you set in Settings.
- Share division divides a total area by shares such as 2, 2, 1 or percentages. For an inheritance, get each heir's share from the government's uttoradhikar calculator (linked there) and enter it here.
- Land price works out the total value from a price per decimal, katha or bigha, in lakh and crore.
- Khatian search: name a plot by its dag number, select it and tap Khatian. The dag number is copied, and you choose the Ministry of Land's own app or the DLRMS website. The website opens inside the app with its division, district and upazila lists shown in full, so they scroll on a phone; the arrow keys at the bottom left scroll the last list you touched. Choose the mouza, tap অধিকতর অনুসন্ধান and paste the dag number.
- Signing in, the cart and payment open in Chrome, not in the app. A khatian added to the cart in the app may need adding again there.
📏 Land Units
The units the app uses, with the default bigha and kani sizes (both adjustable in Settings). Standard sizes as given by the Ministry of Land, বাংলাদেশ ভূমি পরিমাপের আদর্শ এককসমূহ (standard land measurement units of Bangladesh). Local bigha and kani sizes differ from area to area, so both can be changed in Settings.

❓ Questions
"Preview unavailable: the map server has a problem right now"
The server that hosts the scanned maps sometimes fails for a while. The app already retries; wait a few minutes and tap Try again. Maps you have already previewed or downloaded still open.
I can't find my mouza.
The list shows what the map server holds, which does not yet cover every mouza or every survey. Try the Filter box with both English and Bengali spellings, and look under each survey (CS, SA, RS, BS).
The area is different from my khatian or deed.
First check the calibration against the chain scale bar with the Distance tool. Small differences are normal for a scanned hand-drawn map. A large one usually means the scale is off, a corner is on the wrong line, or the plot's boundary on the map differs from the recorded one.
Where are my downloaded maps?
In the phone's Downloads folder, under Mouza Plot, arranged by division, district and upazila. They stay there even if you uninstall the app.
DLRMS lists won't scroll on my phone.
On the DLRMS website the division, district and upazila lists are small boxes that often do not scroll by touch on a phone. Open the khatian search from the app's Tools tab instead: the lists are shown in full there, and the arrow keys scroll a list if one still gets stuck.
How do I switch to Bengali?

By downloading, installing, or using Mouza Plot & Land Measure BD ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
The App lets you browse, preview and download scanned Bangladesh Mouza maps from a public source, open your
own scanned maps, and measure plots on them. It is provided free of charge, with no advertisements.
2. Measurements Are Estimates, Not a Survey
Areas, lengths and perimeters are calculated from a scanned copy of a map and from the scale and corners you
set. Their accuracy depends on the scan, the condition of the original sheet, the calibration and where you
place each corner.
The App is not a legal land survey. Do not rely on its measurements alone for buying, selling, dividing or registering land, for a court case, or for any other legal or financial decision. Confirm with an official survey (a licensed surveyor or amin), a certified map, and your land documents.
3. Not a Government App
The App is independent. It is not made by, endorsed by, or connected with the Government of Bangladesh, the
Directorate of Land Records and Surveys (DLRS), or any land office. The maps are publicly available scans of
government Mouza maps; the App helps you find and measure them. The official sources are the DLRS
(dlrs.gov.bd), its Mouza map and khatian service (dlrms.land.gov.bd) and the Ministry of Land (land.gov.bd).
4. Map Downloads Are an Optional Extra
The App is mainly for measuring land on maps; downloading maps is an optional, additional feature. Maps are
listed and downloaded from a public source that the developer does not operate, so the download feature may
stop working at any time, temporarily or permanently, until the developer can resolve it. The developer
does not guarantee that the download feature, or any particular map, will be available, complete or
current, and accepts no liability for its availability or functioning. You can always open your own map
file (PDF, JPG or PNG) instead.
5. Government Services
The Tools tab opens official apps and websites of the Government of Bangladesh, such as DLRMS, e-mutation,
land development tax and uttoradhikar. They are run by the government, not by the App, under their own terms.
The App shows DLRMS's khatian search in its own screen and changes only how its lists are displayed; it does
not change their content. The App is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or results of these
services, and fees, applications and payments are between you and the government.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the maps and measurements, for checking results that matter, and for
what happens to reports and files after you share them.
7. Lawful Use
Use the App and the maps lawfully and politely. Do not use the App to overload the map source, for example
by repeatedly downloading large areas you do not need.
8. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied,
including the accuracy of measurements, the availability of maps, or uninterrupted or error-free
operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any decision made
on the basis of a measurement.
10. Changes to the App and These Terms
Features may be added, changed, or removed in future updates. These Terms may be updated from time to time;
continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling removes the maps and plots stored
inside the App; maps saved in your Downloads folder stay until you delete them.

📘 ব্যবহার নির্দেশিকা ও শর্তাবলী — বাংলা সংস্করণ
বাংলাদেশে জমি কেনা বা যাচাইয়ের শুরু সাধারণত মৌজা ম্যাপ দিয়ে: যে জরিপ শিটে একটি মৌজার প্রতিটি দাগ দেখানো থাকে। সঠিক শিটটি খুঁজে বের করা, তারপর তা থেকে দাগের আয়তন হিসাব করতে এতদিন অফিসে যেতে হতো, সার্ভেয়ারের কাছে যেতে হতো, অথবা ক্যাড সফটওয়্যারসহ কম্পিউটার লাগত।

🧭 ব্যবহার নির্দেশিকা
অ্যাপের নিচে চারটি ট্যাব আছে: আমার ম্যাপ (যেখানে মাপা হয়), ডাউনলোড (যেখানে ম্যাপ খোঁজা হয়), গুগল ম্যাপ (স্যাটেলাইট ছবিতে মাপার জন্য) এবং টুলস (জমির ক্যালকুলেটর ও খতিয়ান অনুসন্ধানের জন্য)। আমার ম্যাপ ট্যাবের ওপরে ডানে গিয়ার আইকনে সেটিংস খোলে (ভাষা, ভার্সন ও গোপনীয়তা নীতি)।
১. ম্যাপ সংগ্রহ
- ডাউনলোড ট্যাব খুলুন। ম্যাপের সোর্স-এ সোর্স ১ আগে থেকে বাছা থাকে; দুই সোর্সেই একই ম্যাপ আছে এবং একই ফোল্ডারে সংরক্ষণ হয়, তাই একটি ধীর বা বন্ধ থাকলে অন্যটি বেছে নিন।
- একটি বিভাগ বেছে নিন, তারপর জেলা, উপজেলা ও জরিপ (CS, SA, RS, BS…)। আপনি যে পথে এসেছেন তা ওপরে দেখায়; ফিরে যেতে তার যেকোনো অংশে ট্যাপ করুন।
- মৌজা বা ম্যাপ দ্রুত খুঁজতে ফিল্টার বক্সে লিখুন। ইংরেজি বা বাংলা, দুই ধরনের অঙ্কই চলে (১০ লিখলে 10 পাওয়া যায়)।
- প্রিভিউ দেখতে ম্যাপে ট্যাপ করুন। দেখানোর জন্য পুরো ম্যাপটি আনা হয়, সাথে অগ্রগতি দেখায়, যেমন "Loading preview… 3.2 / 7.5 MiB"। ছবিতে ট্যাপ করলে পুরো পর্দায় দেখা যায় ও জুম করা যায়; ফোল্ডারের ম্যাপগুলো একে একে দেখতে ‹ ও › ব্যবহার করুন।
- সংরক্ষণ করতে ফাইল ডাউনলোড-এ ট্যাপ করুন। যে ম্যাপের প্রিভিউ দেখেছেন তা দ্বিতীয়বার আনা হয় না, কপি করা হয়।
- পুরো ফোল্ডার সংরক্ষণ করতে ফোল্ডার ডাউনলোড…-এ ট্যাপ করুন (বা ফোল্ডারে লং-প্রেস করুন)। অ্যাপ আগে ফাইলের সংখ্যা ও আকার গুনে নেয় এবং ডাউনলোডের আগে জিজ্ঞেস করে। ডাউনলোড ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ডে চলতে থাকে, নোটিফিকেশনে অগ্রগতি দেখা যায় এবং সেখান থেকে বাতিল করা যায়। যে ম্যাপ আপনার কাছে আগেই আছে তা বাদ যায়, তাই আবার চালালে থেমে যাওয়া ডাউনলোড শেষ হয়।
- ম্যাপগুলো ফোনের Downloads / Mouza Plot ফোল্ডারে বিভাগ, জেলা ও উপজেলা অনুযায়ী সাজানো থাকে। ওপরে ডানের ঘড়ির আইকনে ডাউনলোড করা ম্যাপের তালিকা দেখায়; যেকোনোটি মাপার জন্য খুলতে তার পাশে মাপুন-এ ট্যাপ করুন।
২. নিজের ম্যাপ খোলা
- আমার ম্যাপ-এ ম্যাপ ছবি খুলুন-এ ট্যাপ করে একটি স্ক্যান করা ম্যাপ বেছে নিন: PDF, JPG বা PNG। হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ, ই-মেইল বা ফাইল ম্যানেজার থেকেও Open with বা Share দিয়ে Mouza Plot বেছে নিয়ে ম্যাপ খুলতে পারেন।
- PDF হলে প্রথম পাতাটি স্ক্যানের পূর্ণ রেজোলিউশনে তৈরি হয়; বড় শিটের জন্য কিছুটা সময় লাগে।
- তালিকা থেকে পেন্সিল ও বিন আইকনে ম্যাপের নাম বদলানো বা মুছে ফেলা যায়।
৩. স্কেল ঠিক করা (ক্যালিব্রেশন)
আয়তন ততটাই নির্ভুল, স্কেল যতটা নির্ভুল। প্রথমবার ম্যাপ খুললে অ্যাপ জিজ্ঞেস করে "এই ম্যাপের স্কেল কত?": ম্যাপে, সাধারণত শিরোনামের কাছে, যে স্কেল ছাপা আছে তা বেছে নিন। মৌজা ম্যাপে চারটির একটি থাকে: ১৬, ৩২, ৬৪ বা ৮০ ইঞ্চি = ১ মাইল (১:৩,৯৬০, ১:১,৯৮০, ১:৯৯০ বা ১:৭৯২)। বেশিরভাগই ১৬″; ভুলটি বাছলে আয়তন ৪ গুণ বা তার বেশি বড় বা ছোট হয়ে যায়। পরে বদলাতে ম্যাপের ওপরের রুলার আইকনে ট্যাপ করুন।
- ক. ছাপা স্কেল + স্ক্যান DPI। ম্যাপের স্কেলে ট্যাপ করুন (১৬″, ৩২″, ৬৪″, ৮০″ বা কাস্টম)। স্ক্যানের রেজোলিউশন ফাইল থেকেই পড়া হয়; ফাইলে না থাকলে অ্যাপ সরকারি স্ক্যানের রেজোলিউশন ৪০০ DPI ধরে নেয় এবং তা জানিয়ে দেয়।
- খ. দুটি বিন্দু, জানা দূরত্ব। স্ক্যান ছোট-বড় করা হয়ে থাকলে বা কাগজ সংকুচিত হলে এটি ভালো। দুটি বিন্দু দিন বেছে ছাপা চেইন স্কেল বার-এর (বা আপনার জানা যেকোনো দূরত্বের) দুই প্রান্তে ক্রসহেয়ার রেখে বিন্দু দিন, তারপর প্রকৃত দূরত্ব লিখুন।

- দাগ টুল বেছে নিয়ে দাগটির ওপর জুম করুন (পিঞ্চ করে, বা ডাবল-ট্যাপ করে)।
- ম্যাপ সরিয়ে লাল ক্রসহেয়ার ঠিক একটি কোণে বসান, তারপর পয়েন্ট যোগ-এ ট্যাপ করুন। যে রেখা ধরে চলছেন তা আপনার আঙুলে ঢাকা পড়ে না।
- দাগটির কোণে কোণে ঘুরে আসুন। গাঢ় নীল আউটলাইন, প্রতিটি বাহুর দৈর্ঘ্য ও আয়তন সাথে সাথে বদলায়। স্ন্যাপ চালু থাকলে অন্য দাগের কাছাকাছি কোণ ঠিক সেই কোণে লেগে যায়, ফলে পাশের দাগগুলোর সীমানা মিলে থাকে।

৫. দাগের নাম দেওয়া ও সম্পাদনা
- দাগ বেছে নিতে তার ভেতরে ট্যাপ করুন, তারপর দাগ নম্বর বা নাম দিতে নাম দিন-এ ট্যাপ করুন।
- কোণ সরাতে তার সাদা বিন্দুতে ট্যাপ করুন, ক্রসহেয়ার কোণের সঠিক জায়গায় না আসা পর্যন্ত ম্যাপ সরান, তারপর এখানে বসান-এ ট্যাপ করুন। সরানোর সময় আয়তন কী হবে তা অ্যাপ দেখায়। এরপর যোগ নির্বাচিত কোণের পরে নতুন কোণ বসায়।

- ব্যাকআপ: সেটিংস › ম্যাপ ও দাগের ব্যাকআপ প্রতিটি ম্যাপ, দাগ ও গুগল ম্যাপ আউটলাইনসহ একটি ফাইল সংরক্ষণ করে। নতুন ফোনে ব্যাকআপ থেকে রিস্টোর সেগুলো ফিরিয়ে আনে; ফোনে যা আগে থেকে আছে তার কিছুই মোছা হয় না।

৭. নির্ভুলতার পরামর্শ
- শুধু ছাপা স্কেল নয়, শিটের চেইন স্কেল বার দিয়ে ক্যালিব্রেট করুন: পুরনো কাগজ সংকুচিত হয় এবং স্ক্যান ছোট-বড় হয়ে যায়।

৮. গুগল ম্যাপে মাপা
- গুগল ম্যাপ ট্যাব খুলুন। প্রথমবার অ্যাপ আপনার লোকেশন চায় (ঐচ্ছিক): অনুমতি দিলে ম্যাপ আপনি যেখানে আছেন সেখানে খোলে। জায়গার নাম লিখে খুঁজুন, বা ২৩.৮১, ৯০.৪১ এর মতো স্থানাঙ্ক লিখুন।
- দাগের জন্য আয়তন, রেখার জন্য দূরত্ব বেছে নিন। লেয়ার বোতামে স্যাটেলাইট, ম্যাপ ও টেরেইন বদলানো যায়।

- চিহ্ন দিন, চাইলে বাসায় বসেই: মৌজা ক্রসহেয়ার রাস্তার মোড়, ব্রিজ, কালভার্ট, খালের ক্রসিং বা মৌজার সীমানার কোণে রেখে চিহ্ন দিন চাপুন। দাগের কাছাকাছি (প্রায় ১০০ থেকে ৩০০ মিটারের মধ্যে) বিভিন্ন দিকে তিন-চারটি চিহ্ন দিন। নদীর পাড় ও পুকুরের কিনারা বাদ দিন: এগুলো সরে যায়।

স্ক্যান করা ম্যাপ যে সার্ভারে আছে তা মাঝে মাঝে কিছুক্ষণের জন্য সমস্যায় পড়ে। অ্যাপ নিজেই আবার চেষ্টা করে; কয়েক মিনিট অপেক্ষা করে Try again-এ ট্যাপ করুন। যে ম্যাপের প্রিভিউ দেখেছেন বা যা ডাউনলোড করেছেন তা তখনও খোলে।
আমার মৌজা খুঁজে পাচ্ছি না।

১. সেবার বিবরণ
অ্যাপ দিয়ে একটি উন্মুক্ত উৎস থেকে স্ক্যান করা বাংলাদেশের মৌজা ম্যাপ দেখা, প্রিভিউ করা ও ডাউনলোড করা যায়, নিজের স্ক্যান করা ম্যাপ খোলা যায় এবং তাতে দাগ মাপা যায়। এটি বিনামূল্যে এবং কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন ছাড়া দেওয়া হয়।
২. পরিমাপ আনুমানিক, জরিপ নয়
আয়তন, দৈর্ঘ্য ও পরিসীমা ম্যাপের স্ক্যান করা কপি থেকে এবং আপনার ঠিক করা স্কেল ও কোণ থেকে হিসাব করা হয়। এদের নির্ভুলতা নির্ভর করে স্ক্যান, মূল শিটের অবস্থা, ক্যালিব্রেশন এবং আপনি প্রতিটি কোণ কোথায় বসান তার ওপর।

৭. বৈধ ব্যবহার
অ্যাপ ও ম্যাপ বৈধভাবে ও ভদ্রভাবে ব্যবহার করুন। ম্যাপের উৎসে অতিরিক্ত চাপ দিতে অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করবেন না, যেমন যে বড় এলাকা আপনার দরকার নেই তা বারবার ডাউনলোড করে।
৮. কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি নেই

🔑 অনুমতি
নিজের ম্যাপ খোলার জন্য অ্যান্ড্রয়েডের সিস্টেম ফাইল পিকার ব্যবহার হয়, যা শুধু আপনার বেছে নেওয়া ফাইলে প্রবেশাধিকার দেয়।
